ADHD – Online adult screening tool
As the awareness of ADHD grows, it is important that the access to appropriate screening and assessment is available. The thinkADHD screening tool is now free and available to be used for patients to provide comprehensive information about their symptoms and history. This has been created by an NHS GP in order to improve the referral and assessment process in primary care. Using this tool will enable GPs to make better quality referrals and reduce the rate of rejection due to missing information. For more information please visit www.thinkADHD.co.uk

Mums Matter
We now have an online peer support group which is open to all Manchester Mums who would like to make connections with other Mums. This is a weekly space that combines mindfulness techniques with peer support in a low pressure environment. This space has been curated for Mums who aren’t sure they want to commit to our 8 week course, but would like to benefit from social connections and new self-care tools to support their wellbeing. Mums who have completed our Mums Matter course are also invited to attend.

Volunteer Responders is a flexible volunteering programme developed to support NHS and communities in England. The scheme is built on a digital platform and links volunteers to local live tasks via the GoodSAM app.
Our Telephone Support services are open for self-referrals meaning people can refer themselves or someone they know (with that person’s permission) for calls with NHS and Care Volunteer Responders. They can do this by calling the Support Team on 0808 196 3646

Check In and Chat
A phone call can make all the difference to how someone is feeling and can help improve overall wellbeing. Check In and Chat volunteers are available to provide a friendly voice and a listening ear. This service is available for up to 18 weeks, and can be requested daily or weekly. There will be a different volunteer calling each time.
Companionship Calls
For someone that might benefit from or would prefer the continuity of speaking to the same person, calls can be requested from a volunteer daily or weekly for up to 6 weeks.
