Health Awareness Day Event 26th March

On Wednesday 26th March we will be holding a Health Awareness day event, In collaboration with Ambitions – a community organisation who provide social activities for young people and adults with physical & learning difficulties, who have recently started a new social club on Wednesday evenings in Charlestown. 

The event will have a free buffet and a cash tombola with lots of prizes! Ambitions will be there to chat about their projects which are already popular in other areas of Greater Manchester. 

Our PCN Team will be there to chat about the Annual Health Checks available at GP Practices, NHS Screening services and NHS App support.
